Abstract
As a follow-on from our successful work on electroplating Zr and Ti metal (covered by US patent No. 11,613,825), we have discovered that titanium metal can be electroplated in our system from the chloride salt (TiCl4) in addition to the fluoride salts. Our intern, Bailey Byrd, was a significant contributor to the work but is not an inventor.
