PNNL is making available free downloadable files that are parts for an assembly to hold an LED circuit board. The parts can be printed on a 3D printer. The half round “Handle-Back_Wand Screw-Slide_Ver20…” handle will need to be glued to the “Handle Front_Wand Screw-Slide_Ver20…”. 

A piece of soft foam (approximately 1 x 2 x .125”) will need to be cut and placed over the battery before sliding on the “Handle-Back_Wand Screw-Slide_Ver20….”  to keep the battery from rattling in the assembly.

Optional, two blind holes in part “Handle Front_Wand Screw-Slide_Ver20…” are for inserts from McMaster.com  #99362A200 to receive two flat head 4-40 x .12” screws.
