Biography
Mitch Pelton designs and develops integrated, user-friendly, computer software for multimedia contaminant transport and exposure/risk assessment systems. He is a key software engineer in a variety of environmental software systems. Pelton is well versed in many programming languages, as well as the software development life cycle. His capabilities in the development of custom software applications include system specifications, user interfaces, GIS application, databases, data structure development, and model integration.
