Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto! National Robotics Week is April 3-11.

At the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, robots are the workhorses that help our scientists investigate and develop materials for energy storage applications to bolster modernization of the nation’s grid.  They handle routine and repetitive tasks that allow our researchers to focus on more complex tasks to investigate materials that could produce biofuels.

Join Heather Job, Corinne Drennan, Jonathan Male, and Yangang Liang for a Reddit AMA on April 6, noon to 2 pm PDT. We will have energy storage and bioenergy experts on hand to answer your questions about how these awesome robots lend an "arm" to our experiments and help significantly lower labor and materials costs, freeing up our researchers to focus on more complex activities.
