The Women in Engineering (WIE) International Leadership Summit (ILS) seeks to empower women researchers, engineers, students, leaders, innovators, and others with actionable tools and strategies for leadership and career development, collaboration, and networking.

This year’s theme is "Charting Your Course,” which seeks to empower today's trailblazers to become tomorrow's change-makers.

This event is not just limited to women. Anyone at any level, in any discipline, and of any gender identity are invited to join us for an inspiring day full of insightful talks from distinguished speakers, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and much more.
