Surface Structure Determination of CeO2(001) by Angle-Resolved Mass-Spectroscopy of Recoiled Ions

Abstract

Angle-resolved mass spectroscopy of recoiled ions data was ovtained for the Ce02 (001) surface. It was experimentally determined that the surface is terminated with 0.5 monolayers of oxygen. Model results in a stable surface with a zero dipole moment.
