This report describes modeling work performed to analyze typical uranium (U)-10 wt percent molybdenum (Mo) foils co-rolled with zirconium (Zr) and clad in aluminum (Al). The purpose of the analyses was to predict foil integrity, while accounting for the mechanical properties, thickness, and roughness of the Zr-layer coating.
