Biography
Xena Mansoura is a post-masters research associate specializing in atmospheric and aerosol chemistry in the Environmental and Molecular Sciences Division at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. She focuses on chemical analysis of field-collected aerosol samples using a suite of instrumentation including scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and mass spectrometry. She is motivated by the effect of aerosols on the radiative balance of the earth and is interested in evaluating their role in global climate change.
