Post Doctorate Research Associate

Dr. Shuang Li is currently a postdoctoral research associate on the Biogeochemical Transformations team in PNNL’s Environmental Molecular Sciences Division and the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory user program. She obtained her PhD in material physics and chemistry from the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2018). She has extensive research experience in the advanced application of transmission electron microscopy on materials science, including oxide thin film, catalysts, and energy storage materials. Her current research focuses on the microstructure evolution of materials in different environments, including high temperatures, stress, oxidation, and more, using advanced in situ electron microscopy techniques. Dr. Li has more than 30 papers published in peer-reviewed professional journals.
