Kaitlyn He is passionate about end-user experiences and making tools easy and intuitive. She’s also an advocate for sustainable, inclusive, and diverse product experiences. 

At PNNL, she’s collaborating with co-workers to deliver experiences on groundwater data analytics and data display. She is also working with IT to enhance the service request experience. She has basic programming knowledge, which she finds helps the design and development handoff process.
