Biography

Daeng Khoupradit is the deputy program manager for the National Nuclear Security Administration Graduate Fellowship Program (NGFP) within the National Security Directorate at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). She also leads the outreach efforts for NGFP. Khoupradit has more than 14 years of experience in event and program planning, strategic direction, and stakeholder coordination.

In a previous role at PNNL, she was the event coordinator for the Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) Workshops and Exercises Program, providing project management and coordination of these workshops and exercise events.

Prior to PNNL, she spent 11 years in the university system. At the University of California, Berkeley, she was the summer sessions student services team leader, overseeing a team that supported more than 15,000 domestic and international university students and 140 international affiliate business partners. At California State Polytechnic University, she served as an international marketing and recruitment coordinator; Diversity and Research Office operations specialist; and outreach, events, and conference coordinator for the Multicultural Center. In those roles, she mentored students through their academic journey and worked with senior management to implement inclusive policy and diversify the faculty recruitment pool.
