PNNL正在进行一项关于电网奖励(GridRewards)应用程序的调研项目。GridRewards应用程序适用于智能手机和平板电脑。本调研项目旨在收集关于 GridRewards 对参加调研者所在建筑物用电情况产生的变化和影响。项目参与者的调研期限是用电高峰期2022年五月一号至2022年九月三十号。

调研参与者会被要求做什么?

如果您自愿选择参与该调研项目,Logical Buildings 将会提供给我们您的去识别ConEdison用电数据,以及您的去识别GridRewards 软件应用数据。本调研项目的任何人都无法从所收集数据中获得有关您的任何可识别信息。您只需要提供您的知情同意书和您的联系方式。您的姓名和邮件将只限于支付您自愿参与本调研项目的酬谢金以及核对您的GridRewards账户信息。

我们会在调研项目尾期给您寄一封关于GridRewards用户使用情况的问卷。项目参与者可以选择是否参与问卷反馈。

参加调研有什么受益?

您参加调研可能没有显著的个人受益。但您的调研信息可能会帮助社会的长远利益。

我们的调研会有助于以下成果:

  • 了解可降低能源价格的新方法。
  • 改善电网。
  • 降低温室气体排放。

我会收到报酬吗?

PNNL会通过电子邮件赠送给您已充值$25美金的电子借记卡,以此作为对您自愿参加本调研项目的酬谢。首先,您需要在本知情同意书上签字。我们会核对您的GridRewards账户信息。我们会在信息核实后30个工作日内给您电邮电子借记卡。如果您之后决定退出调研项目,您不需要退还$25的酬谢款。

谁会得到信息?我的信息会得以保密吗? 

  • 我们只会在收集知情同意书的同时收集您的电子邮件跟您的姓名。您的电子邮件和姓名只用来给您支付酬谢金以及核对您的GridRewards账户信息。
  • 我们会对您的姓名和电子邮件信息保密。这些信息都不会被泄露。
  • 我们无法从您的用电调查记录中获取您任何可识别信息
  • 您的去识别用电信息会通过安全的方式传送给我们,并将会被保存在安全的电脑里。
  • 如果我们在有关科学周刊以及其他学术、教育发表物上发表我们的调研结果,我们将不会包含和发表关于您的任何可识别信息。
  • 我们有可能被要求跟项目出资方分享调查记录。但项目出资方不会得到您的姓名以及任何可识别信息。
  • 我们有专业人员保证我们的调研项目符合有关法律和程序的规定。这些专业人可能会得到您的去识别信息。他们主要包括:
    • PNNL机构审查委员会

我的调研信息会被用在其他地方吗,比如未来调研项目? 

您的去识别用电信息有可能被用在未来其他调研项目中。您的去识别信息也有可能被分享给其他研究人员。在未来项目中使用本调研项目收集到的去识别信息,您将不会再被要求提交您签字的知情同意书。通过本调研项目收集到的您的姓名和电子邮件将仅作为财务信息而保留。
