Dowling on March 4, 2021 from 4:30 - 5:30 pm as he discusses a PNNL - University of Washington collaboration on how multiple mobility data streams collected in Seattle were pieced together to create a more holistic picture of land and energy use - specifically on downtown roadways and curb zoning - to gain both practical and theoretical insight.
