Marine and Hydro Kinetic Tools (MHKiT) will empower the marine and hydrokinetic energy (MHK) community to reliably and efficiently collect and process quality data for all levels of validation, optimization, and device operation by facilitating access to and development of instrumentation, guidelines, data processing and quality assurance tools.
