Biography

Tristan Robins is a software engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory where he works at the Environmental Molecular Sciences Laboratory's User Portal known as NEXUS. His background is in risk modeling and data science. Robins holds a MA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and a BA in mathematical economics from Whitworth University. All his degrees were completed within a four-year timeframe. His career focus is on continued growth as a software engineer, primarily through gaining experience in database architecture to complement his backend and frontend skills. Robins’ personal interests cover a broad spectrum; however, he is most interested in conducting research and work pertaining to Bitcoin. Robins is willing to learn any new skill if it means broadening and contributing to the public knowledge base.
