Hydrogeologist
Biography
Pin Shuai joined PNNL in 2017 as a postdoctoral researcher. He became a staff scientist in 2020. At PNNL, he is mainly working on the Subsurface Biogeochemical Research Science Focus Area project to study hydrologic exchange flows in large regulated rivers. His primary research interests focus on groundwater-surface water interactions, contaminant transport, and biogeochemical cycling at the terrestrial-aquatic interface.
