Biography
Luba Hamilton joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in 2008. Her area of expertise includes project management activities, organization, problem solving, and communication. She is responsible for the project coordination of projects ranging from less than $1M to $5M. Her responsibilities include writing and costing proposals, interacting with internal and external contract staff, managing the financial aspects of the projects and programs, including monthly reports, developing templates for consistent reporting to the client, ensuring successful client meetings by managing the administrative staff that assist with the large client meetings (up to 15 NRC clients, 20 PNNL staff and other lab and contractor staff). Hamilton has direct interactions with onsite clients (sector managers, project management office directors, program managers, project managers, and task leads).
