Lindsey Anderson
Lindsey Anderson
Biography
Lindsey Anderson’s research has been dedicated to the identification and characterization of novel, targeted, and non-targeted, functional metabolic interactions using a high-throughput systems biology and computational biology approach. Her expertise in functional metabolism and multidisciplinary data integration and analysis stem from a research background in experimental chemical biology, activity-based protein profiling proteomics, and multi-omics metabolic modeling (proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics, and transcriptomics data) in a diverse set of biological systems. Anderson’s current research is focused on optimizing high sensitivity omics data analysis for biological interpretation, combining modern bioinformatic techniques with innovative computational tools optimized for high-throughput data dissemination.
