Biography

Gina Many is a biomedical scientist at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). Her research focuses on utilization of multi-omics data to understand complex biological systems. Currently, her work at PNNL centers around the NIH Common Fund Project, Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity Consortium (MoTrPAC). In MoTrPAC, her understanding of complex biological systems and multi-omics technologies has been key to generating biological insight into the integrative molecular responses to exercise within and across tissues. She has particular interest in understanding how the immune systems regulates cellular microenvironments and tissue remodeling in response to perturbations, such as physical exercise and disease, through application of multi-omic technologies.
