Biography
Damon Leach is a post masters research associate in the Data Science and Biostatistics team within the Computational Biology group. He obtained both his MS in biostatistics and BS in statistical science at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. His previous work includes multiple research labs pertaining to theoretical ecology, hands-on fieldwork, and statistical analyses of public health concerns such as pandemic fatigue. Currently, his work revolves around statistical analysis and package development for multi-omics data particularly in relation to batch effects.
