Biography
Cole Hudson is a software engineer in the Computational Fluids and Nuclear Processing group at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. He joined PNNL in January 2024.
Hudson develops software applications in support of the Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy's Office of Spent Fuel and High-Level Waste Disposition. He works on the STANDARDS spent nuclear fuel data and analysis tool, the web-app version of STANDARDS, and the GC-859 web-app (which handles the collection of data for the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Fuel Data Survey).
Prior to joining PNNL, he worked for multiple academic institutions in Arkansas, North Carolina, and Michigan for 15 years, designing web and long-term data storage applications in support of research.
