Biography
Mr. Niebylski currently supports PNNL work for numerous U.S. Army sponsors, focusing on questions of energy security and resilience. Work includes supporting the development of energy policy for the Army, conducting energy security assessments at DOD installations, performing energy-use analysis and developing technical project concepts to improve the energy security of DOD missions and other Federal stakeholders. He has worked on microgrid technology and project development for over ten years, working on projects ranging from the development of multi-megawatt urban microgrids to prototyping and testing of ruggedized microgrid systems for forward-deployed operations.
