Adom M. Cooper
Biography
Adom M. Cooper joined Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) in 2023. He supports the National Security Directorate as a national security and foreign policy expert, lawyer, and governance/risk management/compliance specialist.
Cooper is skilled at legal and regulatory analysis, threat and risk assessment and response tools, tracking cybersecurity developments, and pursuing human rights and civil liberty issues related to national security solutions.
Before joining PNNL, he was an operations planning specialist at the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security where his work focused on embassy security for over 8 years. He has experience with the U.S. government, the United Nations, the American Society of International Law, and private consulting firms.
