Up-and coming scientists interested in building microbial reactive transport models are invited to apply for the 2020 Multiscale Microbial Dynamics Modeling Summer School. Learn from world-class researchers how to use microbial metagenomic and metabolite data from diverse watersheds, as well as an assortment of computational frameworks, including KBase and PFLOTRAN. The agenda includes lectures from leading scientists, software and data analysis tutorials, and laboratory tours. This opportunity is open to 25 post-doctoral associates and advanced PhD students, selected through a competitive application process.
