Shannon Sheridan
Biography
Shannon Sheridan is the Research Data Librarian with Research Information Services (RIS) at PNNL. She’s experienced in scientific data management and works with RIS and Research Computing on building data management capabilities and data literacy across PNNL. Shannon consults with PNNL staff on research data management, supports required data management plans, cultivates relationships with groups working with data, and leads a focused education program for the PNNL research community on a variety of data management skills. Beyond her role in data management support, Shannon serves as a liaison librarian, conducting literature searches, facilitating information retrieval, generating publication and metrics reports, and delivering user assistance within the library.
