Biography

Cahley Jaekel is an Innovation Strategist and Social Scientist dedicated to integrating technology, operations, and research to drive creativity and fuel progress. She specializes in uncovering actionable insights to enhance decision-making, transforming business processes, and developing strategies that are effective, sustainable, and people-focused.

Since joining PNNL in 2011, Cahley has worked on a wide range of projects, tackling challenges in organizational culture, operational performance, enterprise risk management, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. Her leadership has helped drive innovation and deliver better outcomes across PNNL.

Cahley graduated magna cum laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities and minors in Digital Technology and Culture, and Communications. Her education and broad experience equip her to lead impactful change, advance institutional priorities, and enrich individual experiences.
