MSPolygraph is a computational tool to interpret mass spectrometry data and identify peptides from the data. MSPolygraph will be released as open source software. The initial target users of this software will be researchers from academia, government and industry.. (We have a Licensee lined up; it will be distributed via internet site, etc.).
