Liquid Chromatography-Ion Mobility-time of Flight Instrument Control and Data Visualization software is used to collect, detect, and present acquired peptides and proteins from biological samples. The software collects information in a two dimensional array, TOF bins vs Mobility, in user selectable file format. Once an experiment is collected, all parameters, voltage settings, temperatures, pressures, ion intensity information, etc. are stored for future reference in a form easily understood for later processing.
