Many operational problems that are identified during Re-tuning(TM) retro-commissioning process (RCx) can be detected automatically and continuously, allowing the building to operate near optimally, leading to a lower Re-tuning/RCx cost and increased persistence. Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) developed a set of software applications to perform continuous Re-tuning/RCx diagnostics.
