Molecular Profiling of LDR/LDRt-Dependent Signaling Pathways

Goals

  • Identify functional signaling modules using 'omics capabilities available at PNNL
  • Quantitatively compare low and high dose exposure effects
  • Provide functional signaling module input for iterative computational and experimental strategies outlined in Objectives 2 and Objective 3

Rationale

The combination of multiple 'omics datasets into a single bioinformatics analysis provides comprehensive coverage of the signaling pathways perturbed by LDR, thereby increasing confidence in defining system- and tissue-level responses.
