Jane McKinney is a Program Specialist for the DOE's Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program. She is responsible for management of ARM movable capital, sensitive, and administrative controlled equipment to ensure the most effective deployment, tracking and accountability of the $30,000,000 ARM equipment inventory and to ensure that practices and procedures are established and followed in accordance with laboratory and DOE requirements. She is also the lead for logistically organizing, planning, coordinating and executing the annual off-site ARM Science Team meeting and working with DOE or DOE-funded principal investigators to organize other major ARM workshops/conferences, either onsite or off-site, as required. Ms. McKinney has been employed by Pacific Northwest Laboratory for twenty six years. During this time Ms. McKinney’s experience has included positions in Project Management, Finance & Accounting and Contract Services; she holds a Management Certification in Property Management.
