Biography

Dr. Chen joined PNNL in Oct. 2016. He was the Barbara McClintock Fellow of the Department of Global Ecology, Carnegie Institution for Science at Stanford University, and a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Organismic and Evolutionary Biology, Harvard University. He earned his Ph.D. in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences in 2013 from Purdue University, with a focus on land surface modeling and global terrestrial carbon cycle.
