The Department of Economic Development offers regulatory assistance through our Development Services department; reviewing housing, commercial, industrial and other projects within Kennewick. A "One-Stop" permitting center handling everything from installing a fence to major commercial developments is located in City Hall and makes a concerted effort to ensure that projects move as quickly and efficiently as possible through to their completion.
