The Port provides access to the Inland Pacific Northwest. All types of industrial development. It provides options for those seeking cost-per-square foot facilities or multiple land sites for those desiring individual development. Its central location provides easy linkage to rail, barge, highway and air.

Funding
There are flexible financing options as well as rental & lease options available. Industrial development revenue bonds may be available for development of industrial lands, facilities, services & activities in the Port of Pasco. The revenue bonds provide tax-exempt interest to bond holders, which allow the bonds to be issued at a lower rate of interest.

Site Selection
Port of Pasco leases industrial land and buildings at its Big Pasco Industrial Center, sells land for commercial & industrial devlpmt in Foster Wells Business Park, sells land for manufacturing in Pasco Processing Center, leases land & buildings at the Pasco Airport, and lease land for commecial & office in new Tri-City Airport Business Park.
