Analysis Toolkit: Data Structure
The following is a schematic diagram of the parallel data structure employed for both observed and simulated quantities. Files have been divided into aircraft (blue), profile (green), surface (red), and satellite (gray) directories that categorize common types of instrumentation platforms used for field campaigns. The sub-directories further subdivide the files by platforms specific to the MILAGRO dataset. A similar approach is used for the Analysis Toolkit source code.
